On Present Situation of Soft Shell Turtle Culture and Its Development Countermeasure

The paper analyzed the developing tendency of farming soft shell turtle and problems presented in the process of its development in accordance with practice of Hangzhou City.Based on the conclusion of analysis, its development countermeasures were put forward such as heightening competitive consciousness, improving the facilities for cultivation, increasing the sci/ tech content, strengthening cure and prevention of the soft shell turtle disease, spreading the technique for polyculture of turtle and fish, grasping the market movement and strengthening the management, etc.
