| 摘 要： | 应用实时荧光定量PCR检测方法,对樱桃谷鸭呼吸道内大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌、乳酸杆菌菌群进行定植规律研究。检测结果表明,鸭在未孵化出壳时呼吸道内检测出大肠杆菌属菌群的存在,孵化后12h检测出葡萄球菌属菌群的存在,孵化后4h检测出乳酸杆菌属菌群的存在;0～40日龄,大肠杆菌属菌群检测含量范围(logcop/g)在0.00～11.48,葡萄球菌属菌群检测含量范围(logcop/g)在0.00～12.64,乳酸杆菌属菌群检测含量范围(logcop/g)在0.00～11.16。

| Abstract: | Applying Real-time fluorogenic quantitative PCR established,detecting Escherichia、Staphylococcus and Lactobacillus for 0～40 day age Cherry-valley duck in Trachea. The result show Escherichia flora appear in 0 day age Cherry-valley duck’s Trachea, Staphylococcus flora appear in 2 h after hatching, Lactobacillus flora appear in 4 h after hatching.In Enteron. In 0～40 day, Escherichia flora quantitative range (logcop/g) 0.00～11.48, Staphylococcus flora quantitative range (logcop/g) 0.00～12.64, Lactobacillus flora quantitative range (logcop/g) 0.00～11.16. |
