| 摘 要： | 应用相位差显微检测技术,聚乙二醇400作为脱水固定剂,结合木材经典化学分析,研究了兴安落叶松(Larix gmelinii Rupr.)木材中阿拉伯半乳聚糖的微观分布。结果表明:阿拉伯半乳聚糖在心材部位的含量为8.73％,而在边材部位为5.75％;阿拉伯半乳聚糖主要分布于早材和晚材管胞的细胞腔内,少量存在于射线薄壁细胞和泌脂细胞内,而在细胞间隙没有发现这种多糖。

| Abstract: | By means of phase contrast microscopy and the polyethylene glycol 400, the later is accomplised a dewaterlng and fixed agent. Combined with classic chemical analysis, we have studied the microscopic distribution of Arabinogalactan in Larix gmelinii Rupr. The results of the test are given as follows: The content of the Arabinogalactan are 8.73% in the heartwood and 5.93% in the sapwood respectively; The largest propertion of the Arablnogalactan is present in the lumen of both summerwood and springwood tracheids and some arabinogalactan occurs in the ray parenchyma and in the epithelial cells, but none is in the intercellular spaces. |
