BA对~(14)C—葡萄糖在花生叶片的吸收状态和植物体内分布的影响

摘    要:花生叶片对~(14)C—葡萄糖的吸收存在着主动吸收和被动吸收类型。10~(-5)mol/LBA能促进花生叶片的~(14)C—葡萄糖的被动吸收量,减弱氯汞基苯(PCMB)对葡萄糖吸收的抑制效应。~(14)C—葡萄糖在花生幼苗体内移动性较小,经BA处理的部位~(14)C—葡萄糖分布较多。

Abstract:Absorbing of 14C-glucose by peanut leaves existed both passive and active uptake forms.Benzyladenine(BA)could promote the passive uptake and decrease the PCMB inhibition.In leaf treated with BA.the total and passive uptake of glucose into the leaf were enhanced by 50.2% and 141.1 %,respectively.14C-glucose was less moved in peanut seedling,but BA could promote the transport of 14C-glucose to the portion in leaf treated with BA.
