盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗光合作用的影响

摘    要:以2个耐盐性不同的黄瓜品种中农15号黄瓜(盐敏感)和津优3号黄瓜(耐盐)为材料,用不同浓度的NaCl溶液进行处理,研究盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗叶片光合性能的影响.结果表明,盐胁迫条件下,净光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素a(Chla)含量、叶绿素b(Chlb)含量随着盐胁迫浓度的加大和时间的延长总体上呈下降趋势,而气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度总体上呈先降后升的趋势,叶片叶绿素h/叶绿素a比值(Chlb/Chla)随盐胁迫时间的延长逐渐升高.耐盐性不同的品种所受到的伤害程度不同,耐盐性强的品种津优3号黄瓜的伤害程度小于耐盐性弱的品种中农15号黄瓜.

Abstract:Using different concentration of NaCl treating seedlings,the effects of salinity stress on photosynthesis of cucumber leaves of two breeds,which were different in tolerance on salinity stress,were investigated.
