| 摘 要： | 该研究测试了卡那霉素、头孢霉素、氨卞青霉素、潮霉素4种抗菌素对秀珍菇、平菇和杏鲍菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:卡那霉素、头孢霉素、氨苄青霉素对3种食用菌菌丝生长及菌落形态基本没有影响,有些浓度处理对菌丝生长还具有微弱的促进作用。潮霉素对3种食用菌菌丝生长有很大的抑制作用,12.5mg/L的潮霉素能够完全抑制秀珍菇的菌丝生长,50mg/L的潮霉素能够完全抑制平菇和杏鲍菇菌丝的生长,研究结果为进一步建立3种食用菌的农杆菌介导的遗传转化体系打下了基础。
