摘    要:
植物内生菌是指在其生活史或一段生活史在植物体内并对植物无明显病害的一类微生物。内生菌不仅具有自身特有的生存机制,而且对植物的生长发育具有重要作用。随着分子生物学技术的不断进步,人们将分离的植物内生菌转染于大豆植株,通过对大豆在遭受生物和非生物胁迫下叶片光合参数、酶活性、相关基因表达水平及生物量的测定,来分析植物内生菌对大豆生长的影响。本研究综述了植物内生菌的多样性以及近年来植物内生菌在非生物胁迫下如干旱、盐胁迫、重金属等和生物胁迫下如病虫害对大豆生长发育影响的研究进展,并对内生菌应用的前景进行了展望。

Abstract:
An endophyte is a bacterium or fungus that lives within a plant and have no obvious disease on the plant.Endophytes not only have their own unique mechanism,but also play an important role on the growth and development of plants.With the continuous progress of molecular biology technology,people isolated plant endophytes and effected soybean plants to study soybean photosynthetic parameters,enzyme activity,related gene expression levels and changes in biomass under abiotic and biotic stress.In this study,we focused on the diversity of plant endophyte and the progress of plant endophytes on soybean growth and development under abiotic stress such as drought,salt stress,heavy metals,etc.and biotic stress such as pests and diseases in recent years.Finally,the prospect of the application of endophyte was prospected.
