平阳特早茶研究

摘    要:平阳特早茶属灌木型中叶类特早生种。春菜开采期在2月27-3月6日,4月5日前春茶采摘结束。一芽3叶百芽重为39.8克,亩产值为6032.2元,比福鼎白毫高出77.7%。春茶产值为4304.3元,占全年总产值的71.4%。平均特早茶适应性强,移栽成活率〉90%。平阳特早茶无生殖生长。细胞学研究发现,其染色体数为30,核型属1A型。制绿茶的品质优于福鼎白毫和永嘉乌牛早;其芽叶生化有效分分别比永嘉乌牛

Abstract:Pingyang Tezaocha is a tea clone of shrub,medium leaf and extra-early sprouting. Its firstplucking at early spring was started about Feb. 27th to March 6th and ended around April 5th. The weight of100 shoots with 3 leaves and a bud was 39. 8g. The output value of spring tea was 4304. 4 Yuan per mu,taking up 71. 4% of annual total which was 6132. 3. Its output value was higher than Fudingbaihao. PingyangTezaocha had a good adaptability to environmental conditions and its survival rate for transplanting was morethan 90%. Pingyang Tezaocha has no flower and seed. Cytological study relieved that it was a diploid with 30chromosomes and its karyotype was 1A. The quality of green tea prepared with its leaves was better than teaclones Fudingbaihao and Yongjia Wuniuzao,respectively. Its contents of quality affecting compositions werehigher than the above two tea clones while ratio of polyphenols to amino acids was lower than them.
