| 摘 要： | 本文应用影子价格理论,对供水资源进行了分析,计算出供水的社会效益。用影子价格计算产出物的价值量,是反映了供水资源得到最佳利用的。按影子价格计算供水的社会效益,对评价项目的国民经济效果,是一条可行的途径。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses water supply resource and calculates social benefits of water supply works according to the theory of shadow price. This method is feasible for evaluating the national economy benefits of a project. Calculation of the value of output by shadow price reflects optimum and rationl utilisation of water supply resource. |
