| 摘 要： | 分析西藏湿地现状与主要问题，即湿地及草原植被退化、土地沙化与盐碱化、湿地生物多样性减少、湿地污染、草原火灾等，以及问题产生的原因；提出湿地保护策略为加强湿地自然保护区新建力度、加大对现有湿地自然保护区的能力建设、逐步修复重要湿地功能、适度合理利用湿地。 |

| Abstract: | The status quo and the main problems of wetland conservation in Tibet were analyzed, which included wetland and grassland degradation, land desertification and salinization, Loss of biodiversity, Wetland pollution, grassland fire disaster, etc. Which about wetland conservation and development strategy were put forward, it was to enhance the efforts of wetland nature reserve construction and Capacity construction of existing wetland nature reserve, the gradual restoration of degraded function, appropriate and reasonable utilization of wetlands. |
