| 摘 要： | 当代科学技术进步和社会生产力的高速发展，加速了人类文明的进程，与此同时，人类社会也面临着一系列环境与发展问题的严重挑战，对人口剧增、资源过度消耗等问题提出了绿色建筑的新概念，论述了绿色建筑的能源观、设计观和技术观。
