摘    要:考察了梯度恒温14~35℃下,温度对刺足根螨实验种群存活、发育和繁殖的影响,组建了生命表。结果表明,在试验温度范围内,温度对卵孵化率、幼螨和若螨存活率等参数的影响显著,26~29℃为刺足根螨生长发育最适温度范围;刺足根螨的雌成螨平均产卵量、种群趋势指数和世代存活率与温度的关系均可用二次抛物线表示,拟合方程分别为y=-1.3434x2+64.881x-602.81(R=0.9596),y=-0.574x2+28.359x-288.19(R=0.9819),y=-0.564x2+28.934x-295.01(R=0.9630)。

Abstract:Life tables of laboratory populations of Rhizoglyphus echinopus were constructed with temperature gradients(14,18,22,26,29,32 ℃and 35 ℃). The results showed that the temperature was significantly effective on the hatching rate of eggs, survival rates of both nymphs and larvae and other population parameters. The most suitable temperature was 26-29 ℃ for development of R. echinopus. The relationships between mean egg production, generation survival rate, population trend index and temperature could be descried by the equations as followed: y=-1.343 4x2+64.881x-602.81(R=0.959 6),y=-0.574x2+28.359x-288.19(R=0.9819),y=-0.564x2+28.934x-295.01(R=0.963 0).
