银杏内生真菌抗真菌活性菌株的分离和筛选

摘    要:从银杏(Ginkgo biloba L.)的根、茎、叶和果实中分离获得522株内生真菌,采用菌丝生长抑制法测定 了对7种植物病原真菌的抑制作用。结果表明302株具有抗菌活性,占总数的57.85%,其中12株抗菌效果非 常明显。银杏组织中存在丰富的内生菌,不同组织内生真菌的数量存在一定差异;对病原真菌具有活性的内 生真菌比例较高;对大多数供试病原菌都可以筛选到拮抗效果较好的菌株;银杏内生真菌可以产生丰富的具 有抑菌活性的次生代谢产物,可以作为对多种病原物具有抑菌活性物质筛选的资源。

Abstract:Endophytic fungi can produce secondary metabolites with antifungal activities, so it was seemed as a new resource to screen antifungal activities strains. In this report 522 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from Ginkgo biloba L. through mycelial growth inhibition test method to determine the inhibition of the seven phytopathogenic fungus, the result showed that 302 strains have antifungal activities, which occupied 57. 85% of the total strains collected, and 12 strains have high antifungal activity. The results indicated that abundant endophytic fungus lie in the Ginkgo biloba L. ; the quantity and distribution of endophytic fungus varied in deferent position of the plant; the endophytic fungus with antifungal activities occupied a high proportion; we can screen strains with high antifungal activities to most of the phytopathogenic fungus; the endophytic fungus of Ginkgo biloba L. can produce abundant secondary metabolites with antifungal activities, it can be a good resource to screen active substance to pathogens.
