摘    要:通过大田试验研究了不同施氮量和氮肥后施对玉米生育后期叶片衰老生理和产量的影响。结果表明,随着施氮量升高,玉米生育后期穗位叶POD、CAT、SOD活性和玉米产量呈升高趋势,MDA含量呈降低趋势。同时,在施氮量相同的条件下,氮肥后施处理玉米穗位叶MDA含量明显降低,SOD、POD和CAT活性显著提高,玉米产量也显著提高,增产幅度达15.0%。氮肥后施可以延缓夏玉米叶片衰老进程,显著提高产量。

Abstract:The effects of nitrogen application rates and deferred nitrogen application on maize leaf senescence physiology and yield were studied in a field experiment.The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen application rate,maize yield increased obviously.The activities of supero-xide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) increased stably,wheares the malondialdehyde(MDA) content decreased significantly in maize ear leaf during late growth stage.Under same application rate,deferred nitrogen application decreased MDA content and significantly increased the activities of SOD,POD,and CAT in maize ear leaf and improved the yield by 15.0%.The proper deferred nitrogen application has anti-aging effects on maize leaves.
