丽格海棠叶片光合特性及其与生长环境研究

摘    要:运用LI-6400便携式光合作用测定系统,研究了温室栽培条件下丽格海棠的光合特性。结果表明:叶片净光合速率的日变化呈双峰型,有明显的“光合午休”现象。丽格海棠的光饱和点约为327μmol·m-2·s-1,光补偿点约为28.3μmol·m-2·s-1;CO2饱和点约为1200μl·L-1,补偿点约为60~70μl·L-1,对高温(>25℃)的反应敏感。

Abstract:The LI-6400 Portable photosynthesis was used to study the photosynthetic characteristics in leaves of Rieger begonia seedings in greenhouses. The results showed that the daily variation of net photosynthetic rate in leaves presented a bimodal curve,and there is an obvious“midday depression”phenomenon.The light saturation point was about 327μmol·m-2·s-1,the light compensation point was about 28.3μmol·m-2·s-1,the CO2 saturation point was about 1200μl·L-1 and CO2 compensation point was about 60~70μl·L-1.The photosynthesis was more sensitive to the higher temperature (>25℃).
