油菜异源花粉在柱头上萌发过程观察

摘    要:以甘蓝型油菜为母本、白菜型油菜和芥菜型油菜为父本进行种间杂交.用扫描电镜和荧光显微镜对异源花粉在柱头上萌发及其花粉管进入柱头进行观察.结果表明,花粉管生长表现几种异常形态,即花粉管短,顶端球状膨大和棒状膨大、分杈,花粉管细长,均匀或不均匀扭曲.

Abstract:Interspectific crossing were made by using B. napus as maternal parent, B.campestris and B. juncea as paternal parents respectively. It was observed that alogenous pollen grains germinated on the stigmas and pollen tube entered into stigmas with scanning electron microscope and fluorescence microscopy. The results showed that pollen tubes of five morpha grew unusually. They were short, spherical and stick inflation and branching at the top. They were long and thin, equal or unequal twisted. Stigmatic papillae producted a lot of callose. Usual pollen tubes intered into stigmas through stigmatic papillae directly.
