摘    要:[目的]研究不同时期去袋对套袋红富士苹果果实品质的影响。[方法]以高光效苹果园红富士为试材,测定了不同时期去袋的红富士苹果的单果重、着色面积、果实硬度、果形指数、可溶性固形物含量、总糖和总酸的含量。[结果]去袋越早,单果重增长越明显,着色面积越大,而对于果形指数则影响不太明显;去袋越晚,可溶性固形物和总糖含量越高,酸含量越低。[结论]该研究为生产实践提供了理论依据。

Effects of Bag-removing at Different Periods on Fruit Qualities of Red Fuji Apple

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of bag-removing at different periods on fruit qualities of Red Fuji apple.[Method] Taking Red Fuji apple in high photosynthetic efficiency apple orchard as tested material,the single fruit weight,stained area,fruit firmness,fruit shape index,soluble solid content,total sugar and total acid contents of Red Fuji apple of bag-removing at different periods were determined.[Result] The earlier bag-removing was,the more obvious single fruit weight was increased,the larger stained area,but there was no obvious effect on fruit shape index.The later bag-removing was,the higher contents of soluble solids and total sugar were,the lower total acid content was.[Conclusion] The research provides theoretical basis for production practice.
