漓江流域生态系统的可持续发展研究

摘    要:运用生态系统组合模型,对2005-2009年漓江流域生态系统的生态供需状态、生态资源利用效率、生态系统多样性与发展能力进行了计算。结果表明:近年来,漓江流域流经市县生态赤字现象严重(除市区外);万元GDP生态足迹呈现小幅度上升,资源利用效率不高;生态系统多样性不足,经济系统发展能力不高。针对实证结果,提出保护上游水源林、建设生态防洪补水工程、完善污水处理设施、创造合作型生态经济发展模式、建立生态补偿与旅游经济互动发展机制等措施来保护漓江流域,从而实现其“社会-经济-自然”复合生态系统的可持续发展。

Abstract:This paper calculated the ecological supply and demand of ecosystem,ecological resources efficiency utilization,ecosystem diversity and development ability of Lijiang River Basin from 2005 to 2009 based on the combination model of ecological system.The result showed that ecological deficit appeared seriously(except downtown) in Lijiang River Basin.The ecological footprint of GDP every ten thousand yuan increased by a small margin and the level of resources utilization was still not high.The ecological footprint diversity was insufficient and the ecological footprint development ability was low.In view of the empirical results,this paper proposed some suggestions to protect ecosystem of Lijiang River and then to realize sustainable development of social-economic-natural compound ecological system of Lijiang River,including protecting the upstream watershed,constructing ecological projection to forbid flood and supply water,perfecting sewage treatment facilities,establishing collaborative eco-economic development model and interactive development for eco-compensation mechanism and tourism economic and so on.
