鹿茸口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:研究鹿茸口服液(Pilose Antler Oral Liquid,PAOL)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。用环磷酰胺复制免疫抑制小鼠模型,100只昆明种小白鼠随机分成10组,分别为生理盐水对照组、免疫抑制对照组、免疫抑制小鼠4个灌胃剂量组(0.4 mL/d、0.2 mL/d、0.1 mL/d、0.05 mL/d)以及正常小鼠4个灌胃剂量组(0.4 mL/d、0.2mL/d、0.1 mL/d、0.05 mL/d);测定脾脏重量和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,比色法测定血清溶血素(HC50),MTT法检测植物血凝素(PHA)和脂多糖(LPS)分别诱导的脾脏T、B淋巴细胞转化功能。结果表明,鹿茸口服液0.05 mL可显著增加正常小鼠溶血素水平,其溶血素值达256.067(P<0.01),其中鹿茸口服液0.4 mL、0.2 mL、0.1 mL三个剂量组能够显著提高免疫抑制小鼠溶血素抗体水平(P<0.01);鹿茸口服液0.4 mL、0.1 mL、0.05 mL三个剂量组对正常小鼠T淋巴细胞转化都有较强的促进作用(P<0.01),鹿茸口服液0.1mL剂量组能够显著提高免疫抑制小鼠T淋巴细胞转化功能(P<0.01),0.4 mL剂量鹿茸口服液在促进免疫抑制小鼠B淋巴细胞转化上也体现出明显的效果(P<0.05);其次灌服鹿茸口服液能够增加正常小鼠脾指数,但腹腔巨噬细胞对中性红的吞噬能力相对于对照组没有提高。试验证实,鹿茸口服液能够提高正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠机体的免疫功能。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of POAL on immunological function in mice.The model of mice on the hypoimmunity were induced by CTX;100 KM mice were randomly divided into saline control group,model control group,four immunosuppression mice groups and four normal mice groups,the four groups mice were respectively given PAOL 0.4 mL/d,0.2 mL/d,0.1 mL/d,0.05 mL/d by ig.The weight of spleen and the function of abdominal cavity macrophage were measured.Spectrophotography was used to estimate levels of serum hemolysin antibody.The proliferation of T and B lymphocytes were observed by MTT assay.The 0.05 mL dose of POAL could enhance the production of the serum hemolysin antibody in normal mice(P<0.01),and the 0.4 mL,0.2 mLdose and 0.1mL dose of POAL could enhance the level of the serum hemolysin antibody in immunosuppression mice(P<0.01),accelerate the transformation of T lymphocytes in normal mice and immunosuppression mice.At the same time,the high dose of PAOL could enhance proliferation of B lymphocytes in immunosuppression mice.In addition,the PAOL could enhance the spleen index in both normal and immunosuppression mice.The results suggest that the PAOL could enhance the immunological function in both normal mice and immunosuppression mice.
