摘    要:以红花金银花Lonicera japonica‘ Chinensis’,台尔曼忍冬Lonicera×tellmanniana和京红久忍冬Lonicera×heckrottii为试验材料,研究了干旱胁迫处理下3种金银花叶绿素荧光参数的变化.结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,3种金银花初始荧光(F0)和非光化学淬灭系数(qN)呈逐渐上升的趋势,而最大荧光(Fm),光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)潜在光化学效率(F/F0),PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm),PSⅡ光化学量子产量(y),表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)和光化学淬灭系数(qp)呈逐渐下降的趋势.但是,3种金银花叶绿素荧光参数的变化幅度不同,其中红花金银花变化幅度最小,京红久忍冬居中,台尔曼忍冬最大,3种金银花抗旱能力排序为红花金银花>京红久金银花>台尔曼忍冬.

Abstract:Changes in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters under drought stress for three honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica 'Chinensis', Lonicera × tellmanniana and Lonicera× heckrottii) were studied. Results showed that minimal fluorescence (F0) and the non-photochemical quenching coefficient (qN) increased with the number of drought stress days; whereas maximal fluorescence (Fm), potential photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fo), maximal photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ(Fv/Fm), effective quantum yield of PS Ⅱ photochemistry (y), apparent electron transport rate (ETR), and the photochemical quenching coefficient (qp) gradually decreased. Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters under drought stress varied in the order: L. japonica ‘Chinensis' 〉 L.× tellmanniona 〉 L. × heckrottii. Thus, drought resistance was also in this order.
