摘    要:本文以林业血防工程发源地安徽为研究对象,通过大量的实地调查,总结了安徽林业血防五大斐然成效;辨析出科技支撑、协作机制、实施模式、项目管理、生态社会经济效益兼顾等五大因素为林业血防工程成功的重要因素;同时指出了存在的问题,研究出加强协作、依靠科技、项目带动、活化机制是工程建设的根本之对策;提出了林业血防工程应“六注重、六提升、一探索”的建设思路,并结合全国血防工作对林业血防工程发展提出了四条建议。

Abstract:In this paper Anhui, the birthplace of schistosomasis-prevention forestry projects, was the research object. On the basis of a lot of investigation, experiments and analysis, the achievements of schistosomasis-pre'vention forestry in Anhui Province were summarized as five striking results and analysis showed that the important causes for the success were the five factors including science and technology support, collaboration mechanism, implementation modes, project management and all-round consideration of ecological, social and economic benefits,etc. The existing problems were also pointed out at the same time. The basic coping strategies for the project construction were studied and generalized as strengthening collaboration, relying on science and technology, relying on driving projects and activating mechanism. The construction idea for schistosomasis-prevention forestry was put forward. Some suggestions regarding schistosomasis-prevention forestry were made on the basis of the nationwide schistosomasis-prevention work.
