人工林马尾松管胞形态特征及其变异

摘    要:为了解人工林马尾松Pinus massoniana木材解剖性质,探求其木材材质变异规律的内在机制,借助体式显微镜和计算机显微图像分析系统,应用定量解剖学方法对其管胞形态进行了研究.结果表明:径向上,马尾松早材管胞长度、管胞宽度、双壁厚、长宽比、壁腔比、腔径比平均值分别为3 711.1 μm,47.85 μm,11.47 μm,76.48,0.34,0.76,晚材分别为3 912.9 μm,37.30 μm,20.45 μm,104.13,1.73,0.45;由髓心向外除早材管胞壁腔比、早材管胞腔径比无明显变化以及晚材管胞腔径比呈减小趋势外,其余管胞形态指标呈递增或递增稳定趋势.纵向上,马尾松全树早材管胞长度、管胞宽度、双壁厚、长宽比、壁腔比、腔径比平均值分别为3 597.6 μm,48.83 μm,11.70 μm,73.65,0.35,0.75;晚材分别为3 857.3 μm,38.71 μm,18.82 μm,100.82,1.33,0.51;除管胞壁腔比和腔径比变化规律不明显外,其余管胞形态指标随树高的增加呈先增大后减小趋势.

Abstract:To comprehend the anatomical properties and search for variations of interior wood properties, fibers of Pinus massoniana were studied using a computerized electronic microscope and micrograph analysis system to determine quantitative anatomical properties. Results in the radial position for early wood showed average fiber values of: length 3 711.1μm, width 47.85 μm, wall thickness 11.47 μm, length to width ratio 76.48, wall thickness to cavity ratio 0.34, and cavity to width ratio 0.76; and late wood revealed average fiber values of: length 3 912.9μm, width 37.30μm, wall thickness 20.45μm, length to width ratio- 104.13, wall thickness to cavity ratio 1.73, and cavity to width ratio 0.45. From pith to bark, all fiber morphological parameters gradually increased or increased to a steady state except for the wall thickness to cavity ratio of early wood and the cavity to fiber width of early wood were not significant., and the cavity to fiber width ratio of late wood decreased. In the relative position, the average fiber values for early wood were: length 3 597.6μm, width 48.83 μm, wall thickness 11.70 μm. length to width ratio 73.65. wall thicknesssignificant.
