| 摘 要： | 利用池底曝气吹脱除氨对胶清橡胶生产进行初步探索,试验结果表明,增大曝气装置的气液自由接触表面积,增加曝气供气量及时间,可提高传质总系数及去除率,能使胶清中的氨含降低1/3左右,达到节能减排的目的,增加了社会效益和企业经济效益。

| Abstract: | Ammonia stripping by aeration tanks bubbles to produce skim rubber was studied.The results indicated that the increase of free surface area,air flow rate and time could lead to the enhancement of overall mass transfer coefficient and NH3 stripping,with 1/3 of the ammonia stripped through the air bubbles and water surface.Thus,energy conservation is achieved,social and economic benefit increased. |
