| 摘 要： | 虚拟水是解决水资源短缺问题和水资源安全问题的新概念，指生产产品和服务的用水量，虚拟水战略是指贫水国家或地区通过贸易从富水国家或地区购买水密集型产品以获得本地区的水安全和粮食安全。系统地论述了虚拟水的概念和内涵，介绍了产品虚拟水含量的计算方法、研究进展及存在的不足，预测了今后研究的方向。

| Abstract: | Virtual water is a new concept for solving the problem of water scarcity and water security , and it means water used for producing product and services. Virtual water strategy means countries or regions whose water are lack achieve their water security and food security by importing water-intensive product especially food from those whose water are abundant. In this paper ,we introduce the concept of virtual water and its meaning, the method of calculating virtual water content and the research condition. At the same time , we point out the insufficiency of current research, forecast the research direction. |
