| Abstract: | This study aimed to introduce the process of gradual development and improvement of American fishery and the trend of its future development.It concluded the enlightenment to us from the aspects of the training system improvement,increasing the maintenance rate of experienced observers,making laws and regulations,perfecting the management system and improving the data collection and transition technology. |
