玉米芽尖再生体系的建立

摘    要:以玉米骨干自交系郑58和丹598为试材,建立了芽尖再生体系,对芽尖再生的影响因素进行优化。结果表明,添加水解酪蛋白(CH)和光照条件可以提高玉米种子的发芽率;郑58和丹598在添加不同激素浓度时丛生芽诱导率达到最高;继代培养基中添加1.0 mg/L6-BA和1.0 mg/LIBA时外植体分化苗率最高。

Abstract:The maize inbred lines Zheng58 and Dan598 were used to establish the regeneration system and optimize the influence factors of shoot tip. The results indicated that adding casein hydrolysate and light treatments were beneficial to increase the seed germination percentage. The induction rate of the clustered shoots of Zheng58 and Dan598 respectively reach the highest when adding different hormone concentrations in the medium. The suitable media for explant differentiation were MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 1.0 mg/L IBA.
