| 摘 要： | 在严歌苓的小说创作中，经常将个人的人生体验，改头换面融入不同作品。《心理医生在吗》是其中一部最为重要的长篇小说，它处理的是少女成长之中最为隐秘的经验。以往的解读偏重于对作品进行一般的精神分析，本文认为这部小说里的精神分析只是一个幌子，使得作家得以在其中不断返回成长的核心部分，看似是少女时期的创伤性经验，更深层是成长中对于不平凡的向往和拥有不平凡经历的炫耀。

| Abstract: | The real estate market in China is a complicated economic system. The non-linear artificial intelligence method is a good way to analyze it. Through integrating neural network with genetic searching algorithm to train and simulate, the macro effect factors are ranked. It is found that the foreign exchange reserve is an important factor that affects the real estate market. |
