| 摘 要： | 从安全生产监督管理机构、采矿企业和劳动者三者之间的关系入手分析采矿业安全事故风险预防水平的影响因素，然后在此基础上构建采矿业安全事故风险预防水平的模型，并解释现阶段我国采矿企业安全生产中存在的问题。

The Construction and Explanation of the Model on Risk Prevention Level in Mining Industry |

| Abstract: | We analyze the factors that influence the risk prevention level of mining from the relation among regulators, mining companies and mine workers. Then a risk prevention model for mining accidents is built, based on which, we explain the safety problems existing in China''s mining industry. |
