Evaluation System on the Corporate Social Responsibility of Electric Power Enterprise and a Case Study

The Carbon emission from electricity industry is much more than any other industries. In the era of low carbon economy, the corporate social responsibility (CSR) of electricity industry is concerned to the development of the whole society. Nowadays, electricity enterprises should pay more attention to energy conservation, and their CSR should focus on the research and utilization of the low carbon technology. So social responsibility performance is analyzed in the paper, then new evaluation index system and model are established. At last, Guangdong Electricity Lt.Co is taken as an sample to discuss its CSR performance.
