国内公共行政基本研究范式的缺失与认同危机

自公共行政学科恢复设立以来，公共行政的研究获得了长足的发展，但与其它的社会科学分支相比，已有的理论研究尚未形成应有的学术影响与广泛的社会效应，难以在学术共同体内获得广泛的认同。究其原因，主要是本土化研究不足、研究问题的空疏性，以及研究方法的不规范，致使公共行政的研究难以产出具有较高学术品质的作品。公共行政的学术共同体必须充分认识既有研究范式的负面影响，提高研究作品的质量，力争使公共行政研究步出初始化的困境。
