摘    要:为减少和避免磷化氢熏蒸尾气较高浓度散气风险,我库引进一种新技术——臭氧紫外线净化磷化氢尾气,探索仓内环流结合直排方式净化磷化氢尾气的效果。通过实仓试验并适时检测记录数据,结果表明:臭氧紫外线技术可以实现磷化氢熏蒸尾气净化处理,达到磷化氢尾气无毒化排放要求。

Abstract:In order to reduce and avoid the risk of high concentration of scattered gas of phosphine as,we introduced a new technology-ozone ultraviolet light to purify phosphine gas.The effect of purifying the tail gas of phosphine by the combination of the inner circulation and the straight row was explored.By the field test and timely detection of real-time recording data,the results show that:Ozone ultraviolet technology can achieve purification of phosphine fumigation exhausted gas to achieve non-toxic emissions of phosphine gas requirements.
