| 摘 要： | 本文综述了鱼类氨基酸营养的基本问题和近年来的研究新成果。阐述了氨基酸与饲料蛋白质利用率;氨基酸与饲料营养价值以及养殖成本之间的关系。应用近年研究成果,提出了鲤鱼等几种鱼类的必需氨基酸需要量,合成氨基酸及其类似物的应用。
