| 摘 要： | 文章分析了农业高校在国家科技创新中的地位和在新形势下面临的机遇与挑战,提出了通过进一步解放思想,真正树立服务意识;建立相对稳定的专业管理队伍,充分提高专业管理人员业务素质;实施"两头"管理,强化过程监督;不断完善管理政策体系等完善科研管理职能的途径,以期促进使农业高校在科技领域实现又好又快的发展。

| Abstract: | The status of agricultural universities in the country＇s scientific and technological innovation and the opportunities and challenges for these universities under new circumstance were analyzed in the paper.Four main ways to improve management functions were proposed,i.e.,further liberate the thought and set up sense of service,construct stead professional team and improve their quality,implement management on both ends and strengthen administration of process,continuously improve management policy system.These will make agricultural universities achieve better and rapid development in science and technology area. |
