破解农业科技成果转化应用难题的深层次思考

长期以来,我国农业科技成果转化率低,农业生产力水平严重滞后于农业科技创新水平。文章从农业科技源头、中间转化环节以及受体等3个方面分析了影响农业科技成果转化的障碍因素,提出了促进农业科技支撑农业生产发展的策略,如改革农业科技自主创新的源头立项机制、建立健全基层农技推广体系、加快土地流转并依靠种田能手适度规模化发展农业生产等。

A Deep Study on Solving Problems in Application of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievement Transformation

Efficiency of transfer of agricultural science technology achievements remain low in our country,and the level of agricultural productivity lags far behind the level of agricultural science and technology innovation these years.The obstacles in transfer of agricultural science technology achievements were analyzed in the paper in the three aspects： the source of agricultural science technology,intermediate transfer link and receptor.Some suggestions for promote agricultural production supported by agricultural science technology were put forward,i.e.,reform the program approving mechanism,set up perfect agricultural technology extension system,speed up the shift of land to skillful farmers and develop proper large-scaled agricultural production.
