UNICA引领巴西甘蔗乙醇产业做大做强的主要举措

巴西甘蔗产业已建立起从甘蔗种植到蔗糖、生物乙醇燃料及生物材料生产的完整产业链和遍布全国的研产销网络,巴西甘蔗产业协会(The Brazilian Sugarcane Industry Association,UNICA)在引领甘蔗乙醇产业做大做强中发挥了不可替代的作用。文章回顾了UNICA的发展历史,总结了UNICA促进巴西甘蔗产业发展的主要举措,如倡导可持续发展、组建专业营销团队、策划举办世界生物乙醇峰会、与产业利益相关方签署"绿色协议"等,指出中国甘蔗产业要突破"瓶颈"谋求自身发展,就必须重视培育像UNICA那样立足于企业,具备发展战略眼光,有沟通、协调和拓展能力的产业协会。

The Main Initiatives of UNICA in the Development of Brazilian Sugarcane Ethanol Industry

The Brazilian sugarcane industry has established an integrated chain from sugarcane planting to production of sugar, bio-ethanol fuel and bio-materials as well as a network of research, production and marketing. In the development of the industry, the Brazilian Sugarcane Industry Association （UNICA） played a leading role. The history of UNICA was recalled and main initiatives were summarized, i.e., appealing to sustainable development, building professional marketing groups, organizing worldwide summits of bio-ethanol, and signing ＂green protocol＂ with multi-stakeholders. It was pointed out that if China wants to break the bottle-neck and expand the sugarcane ethanol industry, it should focus on cultivating industry associations like UNICA which has proficiency in strategy planning, communication with stakeholders, and exploring potential market.
