油菜寒冻诱抗剂诱导油菜寒冻抗性的研究初报

摘    要:豫油 5号和陕油 6号经寒冻诱抗剂处理后 ,在 4℃和 - 4℃条件下 ,体内可溶性糖、脯氨酸、甜菜碱含量明显高于未经处理的对照组 ;处理组叶绿素荧光参数 (F0 )低于对照组 ,PSII光化学效率 (Fv/Fm)高于对照组。结果表明 ,处理组的抗寒冻性明显高于对照组。

Abstract:The content of soluble sugar,proline and betaine of two rapeseed cultivars, Yuyou 5 and Shanyou 6, after spraying on their leaves by freezing resistance inducers,were much higher than that of control group with out treatment at 4 ℃and -4 ℃.Chlorophyll fluorescence parameter F 0 of treated group was lower than that of control group. PSII photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) of treated group was higher than that of control group. The result showed that freezing resistance of treated group was much higher than that of control group.
