Abstract: | A new series of oxime esters containing cyclopropane moiety were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of compound 7b was determined to further elucidate the structure. The KARI activity indicated that compound 7k exhibits favorable inhibition rate; the herbicidal assay showed that most of them have moderate activity against Echinochloafrumentacea, some of which have moderate activity against Brassica campestris. |
