土壤转换对二年生平邑甜茶根系发生与功能的影响

摘    要:以2年生平邑茶为试材研究表明:土壤转换后,根系的发生与功能有所改变,由粘壤土转入沙壤土的根系吸收表面积、分泌H^ 速率和吸收NO3^-速率比由沙壤土转入粘壤土的高,但均比未处理植株低;前者新根量大,生长势强,分布广,后者的吸收根大量死亡。。

Abstract:The development and function of root were studied using 2 year old Pingyitiancha( Malus hupehensis Rehd.).The results are as follows:the root absorpting surface area,H secreting rate and NO - 3 absorbting rate were higher in the treatment of changing soil from clay loam to sandy loam than in the treatment from sandy loan to clay loan.But the values of both the two treatments were lower than the nontreated control.The number,growing vigor and distriburion of the new roots were all higher,stronger and wider in the treatment of clay loam to sandy loam,while many absorbting roots died in the treatment of sandy loam to clay loam.
