| 摘 要： | 太极拳教学已经纳入高校的教学内容之中,它作为一项修身养性的传统项目,引入到体育课程的教学当中,但是在许多高校的非体育专业学生中却将其作为一门普修课来对待,在教学过程中出现了许多问题。本文就太极拳特点、学生身心特点等提出相关见解,以便更好地提高教学效果和教学质量。

| Abstract: | As one of self-cultivation and traditional project,Taijiquan had been included in the teaching of colleges.However,it was treated as one compulsory course by many non-sports professional students and many problems appeared in teaching process.In this paper,according to the characteristics of Taijiquan and the physical and psychological characteristics of students,proposed related opinions in order to improve the effectiveness and quality of teaching. |
