| 摘 要： | 为研究分析长江铜陵地区紫薄鳅染色体的数目及核型,以紫薄鳅头肾为材料,采用植物血凝素(PHA)和秋水仙素体内直接注射培养,空气干燥法制片制备紫薄鳅染色体标本,对紫薄鳅的染色体核型进行分析。核型分析的结果表明:紫薄鳅二倍体染色体数目为2n=50,核型公式为:2n=6m+10sm+8st+26t,臂数为66。研究结果丰富了紫薄鳅细胞遗传学参数,为紫薄鳅杂交育种提供理论依据。
