福建省冬种马铃薯晚疫病流行动态及防治药剂筛选研究

摘    要:2008~2009年对福建省福州市和长乐市两个冬种马铃薯晚疫病田间观测点进行了系统调查,对马铃薯晚疫病发病因素和田间病害流行动态进行了分析,并采用菌丝生长抑制法和田间防治效果对6种常用防治疫病的杀菌剂进行了评估。研究结果表明,马铃薯晚疫病发生、流行的主要时期在2月中旬至4月下旬,初始病情、日平均温度和日平均相对湿度是影响马铃薯晚疫病发生流行的重要因素,若日平均温度18~23℃,且相对湿度超过85%,一般在3~7 d后有晚疫病发生、流行,烯酰吗啉、氟吗啉、氟吗啉.锰锌、银法利和克露对马铃薯晚疫病防治效果显著,防治效果达80%以上。

Abstract:The investigations on potato late blight in winter-planting potato fields were conducted in Fuzhou and Changle cites of Fujian province during 2008~2009.The causes of the occurrence and epidemic dynamics of potato late blight were analyzed,the laboratory toxicities of six fungicides to Phytophthora blight were tested by using the method of inhibiting mycelium growth,and their control effects were investigated in field trials.The results showed that the main occurrence and epidemic period of potato late blight was from the second ten-day period of February to the last ten-day period of April,primary disease index,daily mean temperature and relative humidity were major factors affecting the occurrence and epidemic of this disease,when the daily mean temperature was at 18~23 ℃,and the daily mean relative humidity was above 85%,potato late blight would occur generally in 3~7 days.The control effects of dimethomorph,flmnorph,flmnorph-mancozeb,propamocarb hydrochloride fluopicolide and cymoxanil on potato late blight were over 80%.
