| 摘 要： | [目的]研究野生蔬菜小蓟中微量元素的含量,为小蓟的进一步开发利用和临床指导提供依据。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对小蓟不同部位中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ca 6种微量元素的含量进行测定。[结果]小蓟叶片、茎秆、全株各部位的微量元素含量不同,且Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn等元素含量均较高,而Zn、Cu含量较低。[结论]小蓟中含有丰富的人体所需的微量元素,这为小蓟的合理利用和开发提供了依据。
