| 摘 要： | 为进一步开发利用牛初乳sIgA等生物活性物质，采用盐析、超滤、凝胶过滤层析等技术从牛初乳中分离纯化获得sIgA，采用非还原SDS—PAGE和Western blot对目标产物进行定性定量鉴定。结果表明，所制备sIgA纯度达85．3％，该制备方法为sIgA工业化生产提供了理论和实验依据。

| Abstract: | To further utilize bioactive substance such as bovine colostrum slgA,in this experiment, sIgA was isolated and purified by salting out, uhrafihration and gel chromatography et al. The analysis of result was showed quantitatively by non-hydrogenize SDS-PAGE, and was detected qualitatively by Western blot. The result showed that the purity of sIgA was up to 85.3%, and the preparative method provides theory and experimental foundation for sIgA industrial production. |
