| 摘 要： | 宜昌由产茶大市向茶叶经济强市跨越是发展农业特色产业，建设社会主义新农村的需要，也是东承西接，繁荣三峡茶叶经济的需要。宜昌实施由产茶大市向茶叶经济强市的跨越已经在茶树良种繁育与推广、茶园基地建设与改造、龙头企业培育、茶叶市场构建和繁荣茶文化等方面建立了良好的基础。今后加快实现由产茶大市向茶叶经济强市跨越，应以加强基地建设为前提，发展壮大企业是关键，完善市场体系是保障。

| Abstract: | Shifting from major tea producer to tea economic power is the demands for promoting the economic activities with local characteristics and competitive industries and supporting the construction of new villages in Yichang City. The Yichang City has a broad and firm base for developing tea industry, including extension of improved tea varieties, basic construction of tea fields, flagship enterprises, development of tea marketing and tea culture. |
