害虫天敌替代寄主的研究概况

替代寄主是繁育天敌昆虫及昆虫病毒的中间载体,对天敌昆虫和昆虫病毒的规模化生产起着重要作用。就替代寄主的应用范围和意义、影响替代寄主繁育天敌的因素、替代寄主被寄生后的组织结构及生理生化变化、利用天敌昆虫的学习行为在繁育过程中对其进行驯化等方面进行了概述,提出用替代寄主繁殖天敌昆虫和昆虫病毒面临的主要问题,并进行了展望,以期为今后天敌替代寄主的筛选研究提供参考。

Review on Substitute Host of Natural Enemies of Pests

Substitute host is the intermediate vector both for breeding the natural enemies of pests and the insect viruses,and also plays an important role in large scale production of the natural enemies pests and insect viruses.The application range and meaning,the factors influencing the breeding of the natural enemies pests by using substitution host,the changes of organization structure,physiology and biochemistry in substitute host after being parasitized by natural enemies,and the domestication of natural enemies pests using their learning behavior during the breeding process were reviewed.The problems and prospects were put forward in order to provide the references for the selection of substitute host.
