摘    要:以丙酮+水、石油醚作为溶剂,分别对土壤和水样品进行超声萃取,采用毛细管-气相色谱法检测,外标法定量,建立了仲丁灵在土壤及水中的残留分析方法并进行分析.结果表明:土壤和水中仲丁灵最小检出质量分数分别为0.012 mg/kg和0.009 mg/L.土壤中仲丁灵的平均添加回收率为88.31%~93.06%,变异系数为3.38%~5.43%;水中仲丁灵的平均添加回收率为92.46%~98.13%,变异系数为1.01%~3.34%.该法简便快速,灵敏度高,适用于土壤和水中仲丁灵残留量的测定.

Abstract:The analysis method of butralin residue in soil and water was established and its analysis method includes that water and soil samples were ultrasonic extracted by the solvents with acetone +water and petroleum ether respectively and the samples were determined by capillary gas chromatography. The results showed that the minimum detectable limits of butralin in soil and water was 0.012 mg/kg and 0.009 mg/L. The average adding recovery rate of butralin in soil and water was 88.31%~93.06% and 92.46%~98.13%, and their variation coefficient was 3.38%~5.43% and 3.38%~5.43% respectively. The analysis method with the advantage of rapidity, reliability and high sensitivity can be used in determination of butralin residue in soil and water.
