| Abstract: | In the process of supervision and management normalization of soil and water conservation,good result was made applying effective measures such as,strengthening the legal system construction,education,training and conducting propaganda,persisting in report system of soil and water conservation,levying two kinds of fees reasonably,enforcing the law with multi-departments’ force,and implementing the one ballot vote system. |
