摘    要:放线菌CF17对多种油茶病害有良好拮抗效果。为了开发利用菌株CF17,提高其发酵活性物质的产量,综合考虑菌株CF17的菌体干质量和对油茶炭疽病菌的抑菌率2个指标,研究不同发酵培养基、不同碳源、氮源等营养因子,以及接种量、培养时间、装液量、初始pH值等非营养因子对菌株CF17发酵液生物活性的影响。结果表明,菌株CF17的优化培养液为:15 g葡萄糖、10 g酵母膏、1 g NaCl、1 g KH2PO4、3 g CaCO3、1 000 mL蒸馏水,pH 7.0,在300 mL三角瓶中装入100 mL发酵培养液,接入种子发酵液的接种量为10%,在30℃、140 r.min-1的条件下振荡培养7 d。

Abstract:Actinomyces CF17 is satisfied in antagonistic activity to a variety of camellia diseases.For development and utilization of strain CF17,and to increase the yield of antimicrobial substances extracted from actinomycetes strain CF17 fermentation,based on comprehensive consideration of cell dry weight and inhibitory rate of CF17,the effects of nutritional factors such as fermentation media,carbon and nitrogen and non-nutritional factors like inoculum size,medium volume and initial pH on bioactivity of fermentation broth were investigated.The results showed that the optimum fermentation medium of the strain CF17 was as follows: 15 g glucose,10 g yeast extract,1 g NaCl,1 g KH2PO4,3 g CaCO3,1 000 mL distilled water,pH 7.0,the optimum inoculating quantity 10%,100 mL flask content,300 mL,fermentation time 7 days,temperature 30 ℃ and rotation speed 140 r · min-1.
