摘    要:研究了荔枝胚胎蛋白质双向电泳技术 ,在试样制备、电泳及银染等方面进行了技术改进 ,探索出一种可获得稳定、清晰的双向电泳图谱的方法 .凝胶银染后 ,可分辨蛋白质斑点数约有 30 0个 ,蛋白质等电点在 p H3.5- 9.5,大多在 p H5.0 - 8.0 ,相对分子质量为 150 0 0 - 90 0 0 0 ,大多为 2 50 0 0 - 70 0 0 0

Abstract:Two dimensional electrophoresis of protein in litchi was studied. Some improvements in the respects of sample preparation, electrophoresis and silver staining were made. A method to obtain the stable and clear two dimensional electrophoresis map has been found. The number of protein spots visualized with silver staining was about 300. Their isoelectric points were found to be pH3.5-9.5, most of them were in the range of pH 5.0-8.0. The relative molecular mass was 15000-90000, most of them was in the range of 25000-70000.
