剪羊毛机剪头振动参数测试方法的研究

提供了一种与英国、原苏联及我国现行标准不同的剪羊毛机剪头振动参数测试的新方法，实现了直接测取其激励。优点是所测数据可重复、可比，真实反映了剪头扭振的实质，还可测定关节齿轮及软轴对剪头振动的影响，且安装操作方便。

METHOD FOR MEASURING THE SHEARHEAD VIBRATION PARAMETERS OF SHEEP SHEARING MACHINE

In this paper,a new method being used to measure the shearhead vibration parameters ofsheep shearing machine is presented,which differs from those in force in relevant standards.Taking it for its distinct feature that the shearhead to be measured is not hold by hand in themeasuring process,this method permits a direct measurement of excitation instead of mea-suring the response of the hand holding device for the first time,and thus the results ob-tained are of repeatability and contrast-response characteristic and truly reflects the essenceof shearhead vibration. This method and its accompanying testing device are easy for opera-tion and installation and applicable for determining the effect of joint-gear and flexible shafton the shearhead vibration,furthermore,it may also be a valuable reference to the testingwork for the vibration parameter measurement of other hand holding mechanical equipments.The testing results have proved the new method above being superiority to those currentlyin effect.
